Job description:
A well-known company in the rail transport sector is looking for support in its workshop in Hamburg-West and from April 2024 at a second location in Hamburg-East. The prerequisite for this is basic knowledge of German as well as technical training (e.g. as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer, mechanic, etc.).
Tasks:
- Support in the professional maintenance and repair of locomotives
- Help with troubleshooting and troubleshooting
- Participation in testing and adjustment work on the locomotives
Requirements:
- Completed training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), electronics engineer (m/f/d), industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.).
- Motivation to continue training in a specific subject area
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and fun working in a team
- Newcomers are welcome
- Good knowledge of German (language level B1)
