We are looking for an Office Manager for our location in Börnsen!
Responsibilities include commercial tasks related to quotes, order processing, and invoicing, as well as assisting the operations and project management teams. Organizing office processes, mail distribution, and internal coordination are also part of the role. Tasks:

  • Handling commercial tasks related to quotes, order processing, and invoicing

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to operations and project management

  • Managing internal organizational matters and daily office operations

  • Organizing and distributing business correspondence

  • Ensuring smooth office operations (material and resource management, procurement, and storage)

  • Managing the meeting room

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with work experience

  • Structured and independent working style

  • Very good German skills (B2-C1)

  • Strong organizational skills and a responsible mindset
