The role includes actively sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and organizing further job interviews. A degree or training in HR or a business-related field is advantageous. We offer a long-term perspective in a modern company with attractive benefits.
Tasks:

Active Sourcing: Independently identifying suitable candidates on platforms like Xing and LinkedIn

First contact: Conducting initial interviews and selecting potential candidates

Organization: Coordinating interview appointments with the HR department
Requirements:

Degree or training in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

First experience in HR

Very good German skills (B2-C1)

Strong communication skills and a structured work approach
