Job description:
A reputable company specializing in electrical engineering, power generation, protection and control devices, and energy management is looking for reliable employees who want to drive company growth. Good knowledge of German and technical training are required.
Tasks:
- Responsible for carrying out commissioning and service operations for company-owned products
- Maintenance, error analysis and troubleshooting of generator controls and protection relays
- Processing support requests via our ticket system
Requirements:
- Completed training in the field of electrical, automation or energy technology (e.g. electronics engineer, mechatronics engineer, electrical engineer, technician, energy engineer, electrical engineer, automation engineer, master electrician or master electrical engineer)
- Further training to become a master or technician or a corresponding degree would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German (B1)
- Empathy when dealing with customers and a serious demeanor
- Class B driving license is an advantage
