The founder

Alisa Koval

With a strong social commitment and a wealth of knowledge about work structures in Germany, the native Ukrainian supports people seeking protection on their path to integration into the German labour market. As a Master's graduate, Ms Koval contributes not only her academic qualifications but also her organisational skills to help people from different backgrounds make a fresh start in their careers.
