Job description:
For a renowned food wholesaler, we are looking for a committed Building Services Technician to maintain, service, and repair technical systems and building infrastructure. Both skilled professionals and motivated career changers with a craft background are welcome to apply.
Tasks:

Energy management to optimize consumption

Operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems

Obtaining and awarding repair quotes, ordering spare parts

Organizing and supervising external contractors

Responsibility for safety, fire protection, and regular inspections

Documentation, reporting, participation in inspections

Maintenance of outdoor areas and building components

Performing repair and inspection tasks according to checklists (safety, fire protection, hazardous materials, etc.)
Requirements:

Completed technical or craft training

Alternatively: career changers with manual skills

First experience in building services an advantage

Independent, structured way of working

Technical understanding and commercial thinking

Computer skills

Driving license class B an advantage (for on-call duty)

Good German skills (B2 level)

Salary approx. €3,000/month (flexible depending on qualifications)
