Job description:
We are looking for machine and plant operators in Reinbek to operate and maintain modern production equipment in a shift system.
Tasks:

Operating, cleaning, setting up, and adjusting production machines

Carrying out minor maintenance and servicing work independently

Reporting production orders in the ERP system (e.g., material and time bookings)

Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:

Completed vocational training
-
Physically fit, reliable, team-oriented
-
Independent and structured way of working
-
Willingness to work shifts and overtime
-
Strong hygiene awareness
-
ERP/WMS system experience is an advantage
-
German language skills at B1–B2 level
-
Physical fitness more important than specific prior training
